Description

Weldotron semi automatic inline, shrink bundler and tunnel system rated from 1 to 10 bundles per minute - depending materials, application and operator dexterity.

Package size range: up to 30" in Width; 14" in Height. Equipped with 23" wide x 43" long roller conveyor product staging load area with manual product pusher bar, 30" wide upper and lower film rollers, 32" wide seal jaws with 14" of vertical travel and a 38" wide x 18" long roller discharge conveyor. Push button sealing operation with variable dial controls for sealing, cut off and dwell. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with 37" in feed / discharge height.
Tunnel Model 7603
Equipped with 29" in Width x 16" in Height total aperture x 48" in Length heat chamber, 70" long x 28" wide live roller conveyor with ¾" diameter rollers on 1½" centers with ¾" gaps with a variable speed gearbox drive. Control panel has heat controller with temperature range of 0 to 700° F, air velocity dial, push button start / stop and on / off switches for fan and heater. Mounted on base frame with caster.
