From a 1980s kit (I believe). The kit is finished and it doesn't appear to have been used.     Vtg 80s WIMPY from Popeye Finished Latch Hook Rug Pillow Wall Decor 12in x 12in...............Box 8: wimpy
    Cartoon character "Wimpy" from the Popeye cartoon strip. He was addicted to hamburgers. Created in the 1930s, I believe this kit was from 1980. Nicely finished. Approx. 12" x 12" finished area, with canvas surrounding the finished area.  Colors are bright, no damage found. Never used. Could be made into a wall hanging, mini rug, or a pillow. (probably meant for a pillow).
