HERE WE HAVE:
A vintage, 1940 advertising tray for Coca-Cola! Features a young lady in sailor style outfit, holding a fishing pole and a Coke bottle. I'm not an expert, and don't know if this is an original. The "C" in Coca-Cola has the "trademark" info on it, but the back of the piece is gray.. Every other one I've seen is also gray on the back, so I'm assuming it's older, but I'm not certain! Marked in the trim with "The Coca-Cola Co. 1940 American Art Works, Inc. Coshocton, Ohio Made in USA".
CONDITION:
Acceptable condition. As noted in the description, I'm not certain if it's an original or reproduction, but I THINK original. There are surface scratches and scuffs to the surface. Spots of color loss scattered throughout, especially obvious at the outside edges of the tray. Some staining/discoloration spots scattered about as well. I didn't try cleaning it to avoid any damage. Surface corrosion spotting on the back. Will come as shown, so please see photos!
