    Serpak Model 111A
    The Model 111A is a versatile heat sealing machine providing the ability to control sealing parameters of pressure, time, and temperature. It is capable of delivering upwards of 1500 pounds of force, temperatures up to 500 degrees F, and time settings from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds. Varieties of package sizes and shapes can be sealed up to the area of the heating surface with only a simple nest (tooling) change. Smaller packages can be sealed in multiples. The machine requires 115 VAC – 60 hertz power and compressed air at 0.20 CFM. Shown above in a actual application set-up.
