You are bidding on a used  Rogers Swan Leg Snare Drum Stand that is in Overall  Good” used condition for its age, and it it being sold “For Restoration”, and “As-Is” and “For Parts”, because it is a Vintage Piece, and needs some minor work. The details are, the stand works fine. There is patina on the stand due to time, so it needs to be cleaned and polished to be fully restored. One rubber foot has some clear tape around it. One of the rubber snare basket sides is split on the top. See pictures for any of these issues.
