    This listing features a very tall and very rare Early American Pattern Glass footed compote in Argus Thumbprint with lid. This pattern is similar to1000 Eye pattern. Scarce piece.  There are few hard to see chips along bottom rim points of  the lid that do not detract from design. Impressive center piece suitable for dining room, entry display or kitchen island.
