The Stainless Steel/Gold is new. It comes with a box, and the Porsche Design ink cartridge (Pelikan brand).
The Stainless Steel pen, is in like new condition. There are no dents, dings, scratches, scrapes, or marks of any kind. If it looks like there is a mark on it then it is likely either a finger print, or a reflection in the picture. You won't be able to tell the difference between these and new pens, other than they don't come with boxes, and the ink cartridge is a Monte Verde Ceramic Roller.
The BLACK pen is sold.
Don't let the buy it now price scare you - it is high to reflect the Stainless Steel/Gold pen - I expect to sell the new pen for more than the used. Make a reasonable offer on the used and it's yours. I will sell these for less than any other identical Porsche pen on eBay in the same condition.
