Payment
Payments must be made within seven days, after seven days an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay and the item will be relisted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome as long as the desired item is in stock. Please call prior to sending out a product to be exchanged in order to ensure the correct size and style is available. So please make sure notify us before sending it back. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Team Motorsports, as well as shipping fees to send the new item back to the customer. Tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition. Items should NOT have any pet hair or strong odors.
Refunds
If you would like to make a return, you may send an item back for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please use the returns manager on eBay. Following the returns steps provided by eBay will protect both of us. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Team Motorsports. Customer will be refunded for their purchase minus any shipping fees. In some cases restock fee may apply. See individual item details. Shipping
Rates given are for customers within the continental United States. All items ordered on eBay are shipped standard shipping, through USPS, FedEx or UPS. If the shipping address for an item is a PO BOX, please note that the item will only be shipped USPS. They’re the only carrier than can delivery to a PO BOX. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us before purchasing. Please request combined shipping before paying for your items, we will not refund after you have paid. This is to maintain a speedy service.
