Return Information
Return Time:
You can return most items within the first 30 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged.
RMA Number:
Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number and the Return shipping address. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. eMail us through eBay to obtain an RMA and the Return shipping address
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Refusing A Package:
