This live center has a combination of heavy-load precise angular contact bearing, tapered roler bearing, and needle roller bearing, all bearings are made by FAG from Germany
Bearing clearance can be adjusted and locked on the front cover of the live center to maintain the best performance between the bearings
Lubricant can be added into the live center body to maintain lubrication on the bearing
Long Spindle point extends into needle roller ball bearing supported shank to effectively improve rotating performance and reduce vibration
The 60 degree rotating spindle is made from high carbon alloy steel with heat treated to HRc 60+/-2
The combination of steel shield and neoprene seal on the front can prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering in the bearing
