Most of the items I sell come from a surplus warehouse. These items may be new returns, damaged returns, inventory reductions, old surplus, or salvage. I do my best to determine the actual condition of the item and test it, if possible. Unless specifically stated all items are being SOLD AS IS and UNTESTED. Please read the complete description above and look closely at all photos. Please ask questions prior to bidding. All products are sold without any warranties or guarantees.
PAYMENT METHODS

I accept Pay Pal, credit cards (must have PayPal account), checks, or certified checks. Checks must clear the bank before an item will ship. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Payment must be made within five (5) days of the end of the sale. Please notify me immediately if there is a problem paying for an item in the allotted amount of time. I will do my best to work with you. An Unpaid Item Case will be opened on all items not paid for within the allotted time if prior arrangements have not been made.
RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after you have received the item unless otherwise specified. I must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item explaining why it is being returned. If I am not notified within the 14 day time frame, the return will not be accepted. If I have not received the item back within the 30 day time frame, the return will also not be accepted.
If you purchased an item that was listed as New, New other, or Used and it does not function as intended, you may return the item for a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping. Many of the items I sell come from a surplus warehouse and I am unable to test the item to determine its true operational condition. If an item is “dead on arrival” or does not function properly, it is not the customers fault and I believe they should not have to incur an expense. If the customer requested special shipping such as Next Day Air, I will only reimburse the amount of the original shipping charge posted in the listing. For example, if a shipping charge of .95 was posted in the listing and the customer requests next day air that cost .00, only .95 will be refunded so please consider this before requesting special shipping. In most cases, I am also willing to pay for the return shipping, but you MUST contact me first to determine the method of shipping I prefer the returned. I will not reimburse 100% for expensive forms of shipping such as Next Day Air or Overnight.
If you purchased an item that was listed as “For Part / Not Working” and you are completely dissatisfied with the item, it may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price. Your shipping charge will not be refunded and I will not pay for any of the return shipping.
