Xado Revitalizant EX120 + 12% is a reinforced revitalizant designed for refurbishment and effective antiwear protection of mechanical gearbox units. The additive forms a special cermet coating on the surfaces of shafts, gears, synchronizers and manual transmission bearings, due to which the geometry of the machined parts is restored. The product is a universal product suitable for use in mechanical, sequential, robotic and Direct Shift boxes, axles and transfer cases.
The revitalizant effectively removes scratches on the working surfaces of mechanisms and assemblies, reduces fuel consumption, reduces noise and vibrations by 10 times, improves synchronizer performance, optimizes contact spots in the engagement of gears, and improves gear shifting accuracy. It is also noted that the use of the revitalizant Xado EX120 + 12% will allow safe operation of transmission units in the event of oil leakage (up to 1000 km (625 miles) of run).
Product application
Add the content of the additive into the oil filler / oil metering hole of the manual transmission, axle gearbox or transfer case, adhering to the specified dosage.

The revitalization process is considered complete after 1.5 thousand kilometers (900 miles) / 50 hours of operation of the unit. As a rule, the effect of the revitalizant is noticeable already from the first kilometers of the run - the noise in the operation of the manual transmission is noticeably reduced. If the improvement stops at some point in time, this indicates a strong wear of the mechanism and the need to double the recommended dosage. The product is compatible with all gear oils. The cermet coating of the additive is formed on any mechanism, however, in case of 100% wear of the unit, it is necessary to replace the destroyed parts.
