Features:
The combination of accuracy deep groove ball bearing, thrust ball bearing, and needle roller bearing is applied to this center.
The central spindle is lengthened, able to effectively improve the cutting performance and to reduce the shake effect.
Alloy tool steel is used for the central spindle, with a hardness of HRC55° ± 2° after heat handle, typical of high rigidity and high abrasion resistance.

The main body is made from 40CR steel, its quenching hardness is 45 to 50 HRC, the pointed part is made from high-speed steel, quenching hardness is 55 to 60HRC.
