    Description

For bid is an original Jueves 22 de Julio de 1926 CIRCO BEAS Mexican circus POSTER / BROADSIDE advertising the acts and animals of the large CIRCO BEAS / "Empresa Mexicana: Francisco Beas."  This is a VERY LONG poster printed on extremely thin, gray paper with black printing on it.  Poster features descriptions of the circus acts presented.  Poster printed completely in Spanish.  A few faint illustrations.  Printed on thin, cheap light blue / gray paper.  Poster measures just over 23 inches long!  It has great eye appeal and is very worthy of a frame.
Reportedly, Pancho Villa gifted this circus a railroad car after Francisco Beas had his circus entertain the Revolutionaries during the Mexican Revolution.
