HTF C. 1890 MAGNOLIA aka WATERLILY Cake Stand - Dalzell Gilmore Leighton - EAPG

Raise your sights for this 129 year old EAPG glass cake stand.
It is called WATERLILY aka MAGNOLIA and was produced in 1890 by Dalzell Gilmore  and Leighton.
A very attractive piece, it measures approx. 9 1/2" in diameter and about 6 1/2" tall.
It is in good condition.  There are a few very minor slivers off the bottom, as shown in pictures, and one of the many teeth has a chip.  The inside top ridge has a fleabite and some  roughness, no doubt from cutting cakes on this in the past,  but that is all I see.  Nothing serious as this piece is over 129 years old and will have some signs of wear.  It does have the normal shearing marks and bubbles associated with old glass.
Interesting on this piece is that there is an indentation in the center, not deep, but the way it was made.  Later this would be called a rum well but I don't know if that was what it was for way back then.
Just a striking piece of antique glass that is not only good looking, but will look great in any collection or when serving.
