    Description

    Here is a beautiful Grueby Pottery & Tile Co tile with a geometric circle and square relief design in their famous well curdled matte green, yellow ochre, and white glazes.  It measures 8 inches square and 1 inch thick.  Marked Grueby Boston impressed on the reverse and numbered and initialed on the side.   It is in great condition with only a small edge chip that has been filled in (3rd pic) and no other chips, cracks, repairs, or firing flaws.
