  • Condition: Clear glass celery vase made by Bryce Bros. No lid but no other visible damage. This sugar bowl would make an attractive addition to any collection.

    Description

    Offered for your consideration is a clear glass sugar bowl made by Bryce, Walker and Company (1865-6/1882) in their "Derby" pattern. Also known as Pleat and Panel, this pattern was introduced circa 1882.
    The celery vase measures 8 inches (20.3 cm) tall and is 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) wide.
    This celery vase is in excellent used condition with no cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, roughness, nor repairs. There may be faint surface scratches, slight wear, and other minor indications of use. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, a shear (straw) mark, and other minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
    Celery vase will be shipped from a smoke-free home and will be packed securely for shipping. I will combine shipping on multiple auctions won if doing so will not increase the risk of damage.
