Choose your bench Color based on our standard offerings. This is for the Bench Frame, Legs, and Shelf. Please remember that all Bench Tops are Natural Maple Butcher Block with a Satin Finish. We do not stain these tops.
Choose your Finish: Satin ( a more oiled Look) or Gloss (more Shiny in appearance).
Choose your Bench Height: This helps personalize your bench to fit your body height rendering a more comfortable working level to enhance hours work time with your projects.
Choose Bottom Shelf Recess: This feature allows more or less Leg room at your bench. You can choose Standard where the shelf is equal front to back, or the front can be set back in inch increments as far as you wish.
There are some custom categories not listed in eBay's format, such as Engraving your name on the front of the bench and a Brief Quote or Saying on the top shelf. Also if you'd like to have the Bottom shelf recessed for additional leg room. Please submit these requests via eBay messages and we will acknowledge whether we can fulfill the request and or offer an alternative.
American Workbenches are Shipped Heavy Freight ~ as all bench sizes and weights exceed limits for Small pack Shipments such as UPS and FedEx. Each Product is packed in Custom Heavy ECT Cardboard containers affixed to a Pallet. We use Certain Freight Lines where we have negotiated the lowest shipping rates possible.  Included in the Fat Rate shipping are options that are usually passed to the Client[YOU] however, we have negotiated these at no additional charge. Unlike our competitors, there is no charge for Residential Delivery.
Once we ship your order, you receive Tracking numbers, you also receive an email from the Shipping company confirming the scheduled pick up. Please note, there are times when your tracking numbers will not be recognized for up to 24 hours depending on when the actual pick up was scheduled and picked up. As your order nears your local terminal, you will be called for a delivery appointment. When you order arrives it it will be lowered curbside.  It is the Drivers discretion as to whether this is possible.
All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent Freight. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight unless residential delivery is conducive to large truck deliveries.Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate deliveries are available ;where available and are provided at a charge. Inside deliveries will also incur Charges for the client. Deliveries are noted as Tailgate deliveries and require assistance for the driver. This is Heavy freight and delivered on a Large Freight Truck.Rural and Inner City Deliveries may require additional cost and is the responsibility of the client. Long Driveways, Rural non paved roads, Double Parking, may impinge delivery and is left up to the carriers NMFC Rules and become the clients responsibility..
