DIRECTIONS
Use Oil Pulling as your daily oral care routine.
1. Tear packet by hand or use scissors to cut at the notch and place contents in your mouth.
2. Swish oil in mouth for at least 5 but try to make it to 20 minutes. Don't gargle, swallow or ingest because the oil, at this point, contains the bacteria and toxins that you want to eliminate.
3. Spit out in trash....NEVER IN THE SINK OR TOILET AS IT WILL CLOG PIPES WHEN IT SOLIDIFIES.
4. Brush your teeth as regular.
