  • Condition: Good color and clarity and impression from the mold is very nice. Four-part mold and there is one small chip on both of the side fan motifs. I am thinking this may have been done when the sides of this plate were folded up to make the Banana dish

    Description

    Beautiful Lady Flat Banana Dish 8 ½” in height 4 ½” diameter at top.  Bryce Higbee & Company 1890,1905. The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece.  The vase has the mold marks and straw marks and bubbles common in this era of glassware. Good color and clarity and impression from the mold is very nice. Four-part mold and there is one small chip on both of the side fan motifs. I am thinking this may have been done when the sides of this plate were folded up to make the Banana dish. Please email with questions or comments. Weight before packing 1.175 pounds.
