In Good Fair Condition with Age and Tears as it is Torn here and there... It has been attached to a thin foam board by someone in the past... Upon inspection it might be very carefully removed from the foam board but I can make no guarantees... It is my understanding that the reproduction has the text P3 1916 printed in lower left corner 1/4 inch just below border... This one has the text P-143 in the lower right hand corner Border...
