Admiral Flat Celery Clear Bryce Higbee & Company 1899-1905, J.B. Higbee Glass Co. 1907.The glass is clear and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I photographed the piece.
The celery has the mold marks and straw marks and bubbles common in this era of glassware. Wonderful color and clarity and impression from the mold is excellent, four-part mold. There is mold roughness inside and outside rim on the scallops. There is also extra glass and some tiny chips below the outside top mold line. These disappear in the beauty of the pattern and clarity of the glass.
Does not have the Higbee trademark bee.
